1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing digital products from The iNQ Print ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or purchase our products.

2. Digital Products

The iNQ Print offers digital products including, but not limited to:

• Educational courses and training materials
• Digital templates, frameworks, and resources
• Video content and tutorials
• Digital assets and tools

All products are delivered digitally via our designated platform (Whop) upon successful payment.

3. Purchase and Payment

When you purchase a digital product:

• You agree to pay the price displayed at the time of purchase
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider (CopeCart)
• You are responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate and up-to-date
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

4. Access and License

Upon successful purchase, you receive:

• A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased digital product for your personal or business use
• Lifetime access to the current version of the product
• Access to updates made to the core curriculum (at our discretion)

You may not share, resell, redistribute, or transfer your access to any third party without our written permission.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• All sales are final once the product has been delivered and accessed
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed the product
• No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the date of purchase
• No refunds will be issued if you have accessed, downloaded, or used any portion of the digital product
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to inquisitionaire@gmail.com

If a refund is approved, it may take 5-10 business days to process and will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, designs, text, graphics, videos, and other intellectual property included in our digital products are the exclusive property of The iNQ Print or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any content for redistribution
• Create derivative works based on our content without permission
• Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use our content to create competing products or services
• Share login credentials or access with others

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or extract source code from our digital products
• Interfere with or disrupt the delivery of our services

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, or content of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
